Whatever happened to EF C & C?

I remember the days whn you posted a new thread and it could be on page 3 by the end of the day. Now there's a few days of threads per page sometimes!?

-lotsa subforums created that take away c&c traffic
-lotta people got bant
-these bant people have created various fitness sites
-possibly an overall decline in chat sorta forums?
was new in the early 2000s maybe it's gotten old for a bro

I generally post on weekends...I can find my last post a week ago within the first two pages, assuming it wasn't on an abyss thread that goes to the sub forums which nobody looks at except for a handful of the usual suspects. Basically, C&C is "thread limbo" where threads wait to get moved to their respective sub-forum. I've pointed out a number of times that C&C should reflect C&C in real life but politics, entertainment, religion ,fashion and all the other things that reflect C&C IRL with your friends and co-workers is banned on EF C&C and relegated to sub-forums or even sub-forums of sub forums.
