Appetite dead in bulking phase of my cycle - what to do?

im on day 15 of my cycle of test and SD (3rd cycle), im up about 8lbs and looking big and solid but my damn appetite is dead.

i eat 6 x day and on sat and sun i could only manage 4 meals per day, and i really do mean i was on the verge of throwing it all up again the whole time.

any tips on increasing appetite or any advice to help me get the food down would be great, wanna make the absolute best of my cycle and get my lean mass on before i move to cut in 4 weeks.

Sucks man I feel you. Try switching diet up? Maybe you're bored of what you're eating? I jog in morning on empty; sets metabolism for rest of day keeps me eating. Thats really all you can do without chemical intervention. THC can do wonders in this department.

This is why I use EQ. Only AAS that noticeably increases appetite.
 
Man, I just do not understand people who have no appetite. I am always hungry...and I mean always. I can eat an entire fridge of food and be hungry 20 minutes later. Like Digit said, THC does wonders. If you are not into that sort of thing, and you think your appetite might be crushed throughout the entire cycle, I would throw in some EQ now, and until the end of the cycle. That should take care of your appetite problem.

im pretty limited to what i can eat as my endomorph genetics require me to eat very clean or i get fat very quickly......

the cardio in am works for me too a bit, but i had to stop all cardio as im really struggling to get my cals in...... catch 22 there lol

ive been using THC in the evenings but im not even getting the munchies properly anymore :worried:

jeeze it seems like yesterday i was longing to eat more when i was cutting lol

Hmm... Yes quite a conundrum.

Ok so,

I know you're worried about what you eat, however you are bulking. ---Calories in > Calories out---- So, though you wan't to keep it clean, you simply must eat. Calories take precedence here. You can't bulk without putting on a little fat.

Also, you said you're going to run a cutter as well? Worry about shedding the extra lbs then.

As for the morning jog, keep it short and light. Spend 100-200 cals (1/2 a mile) to get an extra 500 cal meal, which is easy, and you net 3-400 calories. But thats just what works best for me.

Yeah I always keep bananas oats milk peanut butter and protien powder at home incase I have to shake up a quick meal replacement :)
 
IME ... aas makes the body utilize the protein you ingest more effeciently. Much more! So I never found it necessary to stuff myself. Many times the aas, orals and injections, curtailed my app. Still did not stop me from gains though. Just meant that whatever I ate had to be lean protein first. Eggs, low fat milk, whey, fish, chicken, hard cheese. I usually ate light breakfast, omlette lunch, monster dinner and late night meat. Took 2 drinks also mid afternoon and night. 8 ozs.

It's going to happen.
 
Were you aware the THC kills vitiman c and b complex. YOu may be low on them or not consuming enough of them and if your vitaman b12 is low your appetite may be curved because of it.
Chances are your not getting enough if your on a contest or cutting diet.

I have two things that have worked for many people.
1. dermacrine has helped a lot of people increase hunger. it does for me and works pretty damn good. It works through nero transmission.

2. injectable vitamin b 12 . This has also been known to increase hunger in many users. It also helps to increase nutrition uptake as well.
