Creatine

Im 16 and i was wondering if creatine is really worth it or will i just be wasting my money?

It would be perfect for you,,try getting 5-10g per day. Also add a few whey protein shakes to your diet each day.
 
alright can someone supply me with a link that show how much they are and where i can buy them and such.
 
Im 15 and Iv stopped using supplements all together, except fish oil and a multivitamin, Iv never used creatine the only supplment I used in the past were green tea extract and whey, but Iv stopped them now. Im gettin on fine without them, getting stronger and bigger. I have added 5lbs to my bench over the weekend before because I used to bench and squat friday and monday. Jus' sayin...

But like I said, Iv never used it before maybe it could be a wonder supplement and I dont know what Im missing, just didnt know they existed...

This is good advice on supplements IMO:


its not going to me anthing extreme but it does have its place and wouldnt be to bad for someone at your age. you would notice a difference. if you try it get creatine monohydrate and for the first 7 days take 5g 3x per day with a glass of a simple carb drink. after the 7 days take 5g 1x per day the same way (after w/o is best). then after 30-45 days total take a month off then start all over again.
