I had a talk with my doctor and she said that creatine is not good. She said that her son used it and his kidneys really got in bad shape. Is this true? Have any of you ever experienced kidney issues with creatine and what's a safe dosage?

Creatine is pretty simple to use. You can go with 2-3 g per day and that will work perfectly fine.

Most DR's are dumb as shit bro, if you do/get bloods your Dr will probably order the cheapest tests that tell you jack shit about what's going on in your body.
