This is me about 4 years ago. 300Lbs of Pizza and Chinese food. Lots of consistant work going on now on a never ending journey.

Yea I most definetly made the bike look small. It's a big bike too. Belive it or not I lost 100 pounds(went down to 198) after that and have built the muscle back up to 245 with a bodyfat right now at about 8.5% Not bad for a 45 year old dude. I will send more pics once this cycle and diet I am on is over.
