Saturday evening plans?

I've been working on grad stuff and gonna post a thread later that reflects how much we are all pwned by our subconscious... but anyway going out tonight for a 4th date and stoked bout it, decided to get some dinner then meet up later with some old friends...
What are yall doing this evening?

Well, Beethoven has been kicking my ass for the past hour and 15 minutes (I'm playing with the Bucks County Symphony this season). I figure I'll let that continue for another 15 minutes or so, then go grab dinner and maybe go home and watch "American Psycho" (I got the DVD for $3.00 at the Princeton Record Exchange -- I like horror movies and the main character is in finance, so I hope it's good). No late nights for me. Tomorrow is a work day. :(

Me too. All I do is work. I always plan a vacation, recreation, etc. but rarely ever really do. Then on a rare occasion when I do take time off I don't have a good time because I feel I should be working. WTF?
 
Dont know if I'll go out. Blew 150 bucks last night between bars, mexican food and strip joints. Feel kind of tired. Gotta get the house cleaned and staged for buyers to oogle and aww.

my parents are in town. we went out to lunch today at a great inn, then a dog show today, that was SO much fun. then we came back to the house for a little while and then went out to dinner.
They were exhausted so they went to sleep and i'm in the den with my daughter who is watching the world trade center movie and i'm doing some online shopping.

i just bought birkenstocks. yes i did.

Pin, that sucks... the constantly working feeling is due to habituation, does that mind of yours ever stop running... I mean you've posted some shit that only peeps who think alot would post, man you gotta smoke out or something... I know U don't smoke, but you gotta find a way to quiet that bad boy down... to be driven by thought constantly sucks, this I know... anyway yeah that does suck... just habitually watch your breaths.. I mean feel it go in and your chest expanding and then the air going out your chest returning... anyway the point is to habitually get you to do something to quiet your head... You can't think and watch your breath at the same time, any way you can reduce thougths, the more you will be content with where you are, its the kinda the ego that makes you think there is something you ought to be doing... every time you get this feeling make an active effort to just accept or release this kinda thinking and accept the present situation, just fighting it makes it worse... anyway, but yeah I would be bitching too myself about sat. night work.

You will love it, Its just your cup of tea... that rocks that you are in the orchestra, I mean it must be a great way to really meet people and also kinda fulfilling that you get to express your talent, I have no musical talent, so I"m just guessing, wish I did cause I think it increases your creativity exponentially... damn, now I'm jealous... oh well.

Nope it never stops. It does suck. I wake up at night cause i think of things I should do or need to do...

Eh, it gets me out of the house on a school night. Most of the people are substantially older than myself, so it's not a young musicians crowd by any stretch of the imagination. That said, we're playing good stuff this season and that's enough for me. :)

This is the curious thing I imagine that you have like a resonant voice... this is my pure imagination here, and I'm probably wrong, but just based on your stories and such, I just imagine that your voice is one of your stronger qualities... I bet you have alot of range.. and that when you are delighted, your voice really resonates with this emotion and you are able to transmit this enthusiasm to the other person. I just don't think you are a loud talker or have a voice like the nanny, the last thing you sound like is nasally...

my stepdad has one (used to be my mom's too, till they divorced. he got custody of the dog).
she's black, and so sweet. has had some skin problems though.

this show was put on my a rescue foundation- they gave out tons of prizes and gave the award to a 3 legged dog that was not at all the most beautiful one of course, but the owner adopted the dog like that and it really was an amazing dog. She won pet products and stuff, so that's cool. it takes a really special person to adopt a special needs dog.

I saw tons of great purebreds though, and a few puppies that didn't look like they could even be real.
 
My daughters and me just baked a cake and they are eating a piece right now! I'm very mad from watching the LSU game and how sorry their playing. So I think I'm going lay down with them and watch a disney movie before I break something.

A couple of buddies and I are going to have drunken shennanigens. They both recently broke up with their girlfriends so they need a night out. My strongman season wrapped up for the year (I think might be one more) so it's time to let down my hair so to speak.

There will probably be lots of drunk calls and texts for those of you unlucky enough to have given me your digits.:evil:

Don't ya wish you could have that feeling of witnessing fireworks on that one walk through the beach, where you were just able to have a silent mind and feel connected to everything... yeah, I wish I had that feeling alot more, anyway get some sleep V.

I met a group of 5 girls at the beach today and i told this one chick Diana that if I'm done with this chick Sue by 3-4 then maybe

Why aren't you returning my calls?
I was single for all of 2007, my introspective time, and it was good... sometimes I think that is the best way to be cause you get go inward and learn more about yourself if you are willing, in a relationship, you have to have gone inward to get past yourself and really learn more about who the other person is, and not who you want them to be... I don't know this by experience,

yeah, i feel i just need some time to myself and this is a good time to do that....

well as for signals all the usual little things, looking you up and down when he thinks i'm not looking. squaring his shoulders, fidgeting with tie that he didn't have on, leaning in way too close.
alot of teasing and playful flirting, asking but not really asking if there was someone i'm romantically involved with.
but what really convinced me was when he asked me to dance and i said sure and we danced, nothing i consider sexual BTW....(well i hate to break you to you males but a boner is a pretty good give away..) he seemed so embaraced and i pretended not to have noticed.
 
went out to dinner with the wife, at Moxies....was pretty good. Then went out to the movies and watched Lakeview Terrace. Came back, got a little frisky. Wife went to sleep, I'm reading threads on EF...lol
 
went to synoguge for midnight holiday of Selichot--to put one in the proper frame of mind for the upcoming holidays---yes, that is really what I did.

Jewish mysticism, not gonna define what can't be, but I wish I had taken it more seriously... Now I don't have time, but what little I know captivates me...
