Chest is definitely lacking - I think that'll be a key point to work on next year.

Not the craziest 6 month transformation ever, but given the work, surgery, travel, gym changes, and very low Ped usage, I'm very happy with what we've achieved, and Tom has done a great job working around all my shit.

Wedding was a huge success, my physique has never been better, my posing is still terrible, and I'm on holidays until January.

I will try to get a couple of sessions per week in to maintain some muscle, but I've accepted there will be some decline.
