Can’t wait to get some androgens in my body. Soon on cycle . My weight is up 5.5kg from this time last year similar body fat %
I fasted from Saturday night to Sunday night 24hour. Had some pasta and organic yoghurt , strawberries and muesli . For breakfast pre gym . Can of creamed rice , peaches and cinnamon.
Also some MT2 so I’m not relying on the warm lighting in bathroom gym.
Struggle to capture on phone what I look like, feel photos I look less impressive.
