After 10 days off recovering from the vasectomy and Hematoma, Im back and into it. Just need to still be careful i dont bump the tender area 🤣

@MUSTANG_18 its on the cards mate. Few more weeks of this cut/deficit then ill stabilise into a maintenance phase for a bit which i guess will be the end of this log, then it will be lean gains time 💪🏼 and a new log some exciting changes.
