Another good Push day ticked off at 12ish weeks out from the IFBB debut, managing to keep my pressing strength in a really good spot considering the deficit as usually its the first thing that starts to get much weaker as bodyweight drops. However thus far I am actually still progressing in weight and reps on most movements so absolutely no complains yet. I do expect to start feeling a little weaker in the coming weeks as we dig even deeper for conditioning but for now this is a really good spot.
Only real change to the Push day has been a drop in weight on the Incline Smith Press as I changed up my form and moved to a slighter higher incline to favour the upper chest more.
