Will be lean bulking at the start followed by a cut towards the end and potentially jumping in a competition aswell!
Training will be 4-5 heavy days a week focusing on progressive overload.
Cardio 30 mins daily to start will increase when needed.

Post arms today
Changed it up and did some higher rep stuff and short rest periods
Barbell curls 15x4
Hammer curls 15x4
Rope pushdowns 15x4
Overhead extensions single arm 15x4
How about some poundage’s with your sets. Want to see what you got.

How about some actual data for your workout? We need to see every set and rep with the weight used. Can’t let slack off. I’m hoping your at least 1/2 strong as me. I do like your back. You have potential. You have good exercise choices so it shows you have good knowledge. I just want to make sure you don’t waste sets as you go from one exercise to the next. No need to do any warmup sets after your first exercise unless it’s a different body part. Go directly to your top working sets from one exercise to the next.

Yeah I would like to see if it's all pumping set work or if we got some heavy compound lifts as well, I like seeing the weight that is lifted as well.

Okay guys here it is and will include weights in future :)
Top sets for last nights back workout
Pullups: bodyweight (95kgs) 10 reps
Lat pulldown: 100kg - 10 reps
One arm rows: (hammer strength machine) 3 plates each side - 10 reps

Today's back day
Wide grip pull ups
Under grip lat pull down
One arm rows
Seated rows
Rear delt fly's
Shrugs
All exercises worked up to 1 heavy set of 10 or as close to as I could with the exception of pull ups where I just did 3 sets of as many as I could
@Mrgains2505 you look good, strong training day
would be nice to see reps and weights to see how you progress playa :)

I actually like doing at least 1-2 warm up sets on each movement to practise form and get a feel for it before reaching my top set
I feel like it helps prime me
How many top sets do u do. I usually do 3 with my top weight on every exercise. Sometimes 2 is all I need.

Usually just 1-2 mate :)
I track it and try beat it the next week with either extra reps or a little extra weight. Doesn't always happen obviously but progressive overload is always the goal for me

Include the poundages

nice variety of exercises keeping it fun

warming up is actually very smart

if you want to prevent injuries it's essential that you do warm up

also important to be stretching after your training as well

I like to do around five or ten minutes of dynamic stretching before my training but don't overstretch and don't stretch the wrong way save that for after

Legs tonight! Quad focused session
Plan is to start with foam rolling then move onto:
Leg extension
Unilateral leg press
Hack squats
Abductor and adductor machine
Then finish off with some calves
Will log the results and post later tonight/tomorrow how it went :)
@Mrgains2505 leg day doing it bro

So leg day results
Leg extension whole stack 10 reps
Unilateral leg press 3 plates a side 10 reps
Hack squats 4 plates 8 reps
Adductors and abductors whole stack 10 reps
@Mrgains2505 good rep count but how about weights?
