do you guys swim in the water or is it too cold?
I haven’t been for a swim in the ocean for a long time to be honest, the water is indeed very cold year round down here on the south coast of Australia. I’d like to go for one this summer when the weather is nicer, I also have an inflatable stand up paddle board I really want to try with my dog.

you certainly love your eggs much respect
I never get tired of them either. At the moment they are one of the best sources of micronutrients I can tolerate. When I get a bit more freedom financially I’ll probably start buying whole egg powder and that will make this way easier, I won’t have to cook and shell 16 eggs everyday.

Thanks to everyone for stopping in and keeping me both accountable and motivated 💪, I’ll drop back in later to update diet and training for the day 👍
@Ori always here to motivate you, update us more

Todays exercise was just a 30 minute walk, didn’t manage to get to the isometric stuff. Some days I need to back off the physical effort a bit to help manage things based off how I’m feeling at the time.

Good news is I got my order through for my next cycle so that will start as soon as it arrives.

-MK677 = 25mg per night
-Cardarine = 10mg per day
-Stenabolic = 10mg per day (may bump that up a little at some stage in the cycle)

Very much looking to posting some reviews of the gear as well, I’ve tried the Stenabolic already and I’m extremely pleased with it.

I’m really starting to feel it being off the peptides at the moment so am looking forward to getting started on this next cycle.

Tried to eat some rice with egg today, definitely need some enzymes if I’m going to try and add that to my diet.

Not much to log for today.

Got a good walk in. Around 40 mins. I’d usually get more exercise in than just the walk, got busy though unfortunately.

Decided to order some Clenbuterol, I’m not really sure it will be a good fit for me but am curious to try it so that will likely become part of the next cycle.

Diet got a bit off the rails today I ate some gluten free donuts.

Tomorrow will also be a pretty relaxed day, next real training day is Monday. I’ll be trying to do the session in the late afternoon to help with testosterone production.

I forgot to log calories through the day but I should be under 1500 calories I think, have only had a few coffees and some chicken at a friends house.

I drove down to the city so I could go to Church today and that took most of the day. Managed to get a short walk in though, in the hills.

Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have the energy I need to lift some weights 💪

Today was pretty good. My new pedometer came early, it came today. So I’ll be able to start using that tomorrow.

I wasn’t able to get any cardio in, was raining most of the day on and off, so in the short windows it was dry I mostly played fetch with my assistance dog.

Later in the afternoon I got my resistance training done. I’m thinking I may skip legs all this week and focus on upper body twice, I liked todays session even though it was hard to get through. I’ll still do stuff for my knee though.

I made one of these low carb pizzas following the recipe from low carb love as close as I could, some of the ingredients she used aren’t available here but I found equivalent things and my pizza came to 308 calories.

It was really nice, I think I may make these from time to time and am interested to try a seafood one of some kind too.

I didn’t calculate the sodium if that’s important for anyone here let me know and I’ll calculate the number.

Recipe I followed roughly is here

Today went well. Unfortunately the new pedometer is useless, several times I’ve walked for up to half an hour straight without it recording a single step, just works then doesn’t unpredictably.

I think I’ll drop the pedometer idea, and just wait until I can afford a polar strap before I try and record more cardio data with a device.

Today I easily covered 9-10,000 steps. Also the physio type stuff for my core and knee got done, as well as an accessory lift for my side delts.

Overall today has been good, especially with my order form UGL OZ arriving so quickly.

I have really bad doms today from mondays weight session, so I skipped the full body isometric one today. Tomorrow I need to repeat what I did on Monday that made me so sore. Tonight I’ll do some stretching and see if that helps.

Have done about half an hour of cardio walking around the beach. I dropped my calories a bit since didn’t exercise more today. Had mixed berries for breakfast, a bigger version of yesterdays Turkey pizza for lunch and some steak for dinner.

Training done for the day.

Cardio

- 9037 steps. 50mins of that was a walk down the coast carrying 6.2kgs. Is really hard to consistently hit anything close to 10,000 steps, especially on days like today where it rained for about half the day. Eventually I need to buy a walking pad, but that isn’t likely until late January early February at the earliest. It will help a lot though when I’m able to get one. It is also just really really hard for me to walk that far these days which is concerning.

Resistance training

-Full body overcoming isometric routine. I nearly made it all the way through but didn’t get the isometric squats done, was the only exercise I missed. At some point I’ll likely buy a 10kg barbell to use for this routine. I switched to using handles today instead of the Olympic or trap bar and that helped a lot to get me through the amount I did, otherwise probably wouldn’t even have got the deadlifts done.

I haven’t tried it before and honestly don’t think it will be a good fit for me but want to try. I’m currently losing about 1/2kg per week and wanted to see by how much adding Clen would increase weight loss. Doing cardio most days and in a small calorie deficit.

nutrobal makes my appetite go nuts. maybe start at 10mgs a day only
I tried drinking BCAAs last night to manage the extra hunger and it worked great. Also I’ve woken up feeling like I actually want to eat breakfast, I think the MK677 is going to be really good for me as long as I don’t end up with insulin resistance 👍

I tried 20mgs last night instead of the 25mg I planned, I’m thinking I may keep the dose there for a while and will also probably stick to 5 days on two off sort of a thing like when I was on CJC1295/Ipormarelin etc.

Today was the best day I’ve had in a while. Felt the MK677 right away. Woke up and did 10 mins fasted cardio on the rowing machine, will try and build up to longer times.

Had a nice walk and chose a more difficult track today, a steep and rocky one, at the top of it you can see the other one I walk down that leads to that rocky beach. Is in the far distance of one of the photos today. Walk was around 20-25mins and was reasonably hard.

When I got home my Clenbuterol had arrived from UGL OZ 😎 I am not sure when I’ll first try it, maybe later next week.

I did another 10 mins cardio on the rowing machine as a warm up for todays weights session. I had barely eaten by the time I got to it but the stack I’m on had me cruising through it anyway. I’m waiting 3-4mins between sets at the moment so the workout takes ages. I also tried one of those beetroot powder supplements that is meant to be good for pumps and it did seem to work actually, I’ll probably use that on lifting days now, I mixed it with some no added sugar cranberry juice and had it as a pre workout after a coffee.

I don’t have a bath but the bathroom is small and is easy to make as hot as a sauna, had a really hot shower with the heater on, got out and stretched a bit to help with recovery and to sweat out some water weight.

Overall felt really good on this stack. Will definitely consider upping the Cardarine later in the cycle.

Today wasn’t too great. Had a bad reaction this morning to a new supplement I was trying, is a mix of Tongkat Ali and Fedogia Agrestis. Took some this morning on an empty stomach and started doing some work around the house, before long I was pretty sick and had to run outside and 🤮.

Spent most of the day trying not to move so I wouldn’t throw up again. Eventually got some food down and went shopping for the next couple of days food.

Was working towards getting training done anyway but I don’t think I’ll make it through my full body session. I made a temporary DIY forearm roller yesterday and will do that instead, my forearms need work and I think I can get that done ok. I’ll make a better forearm roller soon, is probably close to being my favourite forearm exercise so I’m going to start the forearm stuff with that primarily and then move to other stuff I used to do. Would love to get into some grip stuff as well. After this post I’m off to do ten sets of the forearm roller, 5 sets each direction.

Was really really hard to eat today, thank God for medical Cannabis, couldn’t have held anything down without it.

Posting log early today so I can focus on getting ready to head away for a few days. I’ll still log food and be on here, but I won’t have access to my gym etc until maybe Tuesday.

Also any of you guys that get really into the grip strength stuff, would love any recommendations on programs to look at etc, equipment worth investing in and so on. Am brand new to that but pretty sure is something I’d like to focus on.

Yeah it definitely slowed me down yesterday. Basically zero cardio, and for resistance training I only got forearms in. Absolutely smashed them though, is hard to type on my phone now 😂

I need to head down to the city for a couple nights today, so unfortunately will miss a bit more training. Going to take some dumbbells so I can at least do some accessories a bit. Will probably take my DIY forearm roller as well. Should be back close to normal routine on Tuesday.

Felt a lot better today. Pretty certain what happened yesterday was the herbs I tried.

Got about 50mins cardio in down the coast. I really want to start trying to run a small amount once a week. I don’t do any high intensity type cardio at all.

No MK677 tonight or tomorrow as I’m doing a five on two off protocol. Also I plan on trying to monitor my blood sugar while on this cycle, I have a blood glucose test thing I just need to learn how to use it, I think I have all the stuff for it. Basically I want to check my blood sugar in the morning, I think it will be high, I need to see if doing fasted cardio resolves it though.

I usually do accessory stuff and core today but didn’t manage to fit it in with travelling to the city, I brought stuff with me to do it tomorrow when I’d normally rest.

I’m currently down in the city for a couple of days, brought a little bit of equipment with me and got a small workout in.

Diet a bit all over the place being away from home. All in all I’m still pretty much on track anyway. Was 87kg on the scales this morning, down from 91kgs in late November. I think I’m ok with this speed of weight loss, going faster I’ll probably just lose muscle as well.

Also with the weight loss, for sure some of it is the Stenabolic, is helping to make the whole process much easier for me. Cardio is way easier and especially fasted cardio. I can’t rate Shogun Stenabolic from UGL OZ highly enough, is amazing and will be something I use going forward.

I have two things I’d like to get happening on this cycle, one is running, and the other is I think I may want to try and get a third day of lifting in. I’ve tried that before and had a lot of issues so stopped, want to try again though pretty soon.

Tomorrow I’m going to be driving home most likely, and with all the stuff I need to do I think I’ll probably miss my workout, was also one of the reasons I trained today instead when I usually rest.

@Ori lactose free milk how you liking it? any pics of it
Yeah if I drank regular milk I would max out at about 250mls a day, I can’t tolerate lactose like I used to be able to anymore.

The only milk I can really afford are these cheap long life milks. I’ve switched to buying the low fat one now.

My favourite milk though is made locally, I see the cows that make it all the time. It’s this one, is more expensive though I can’t buy it all the time.

D3476355-C599-46C0-ACC7-14E40601767D.webp

We also have another interesting company called Made By Cow, their milk is basically raw, I’ve tried it is amazing, can drink more of that than regular milk but not as much as lactose free, but that one is crazy expensive and hard to find now as well. The company making it actually closed down but started again recently.

Ended up having to help someone out today and was driving most of the day.

Other than some fasted cardio on the rower this morning I wasn’t able to get any training in. I need to work up to longer fasted cardio in the morning but is going to take a while.

Even though my calorie goal is a deficit I still ate under that today, guts are really sore from yesterday so is very hard to eat now.

Will try and get some training in tomorrow.
