TRT labs - blood levels - am I missing anything?

So I've been in TRT since around the beginning on this year and it's coming time for another follow up appt with my doc. He normally just calls for total test, cbc, rbc, lipid panel, etc. The basics. I would feel much more comfortable seeing more of a complete endocrinological picture especially since I'm still experiencing some of the effects that made me go on TRT in the first place.
So I'm thinking:
Total test
Free test
E2
DHT
SHBG
Prolactin
T3/T4
Cortisol

Am I missing anything I should be aware of?

You also want to get your cholesterol, liver enzymes, kidney values and your prostate checked. Not included in a blood test but another good thing to check is your blood pressure.

No one likes getting the finger prostate test done but being on TRT puts you at a significantly elevated risk of developing prostate cancer. Get it done at least once per year.

This is a right suggestion. The only thing that I would do differently about the prostate, is that you can make an ultra-sound study, which will show if it is enlarged, or not, so it is not a scary procedure by no means.

I think the suggestions Muskate and Steve added are perfect. If there is anything going on you will see. Have you had blood work on this dose before? Does he have you on an AI with your test?
