19 straight years with no PCT

Trav...you are definitely not of the norm bro, thanks for your share here...I have subbed for knowledge and further education. Question, were you constantly running an AI, Caber, or Proviron during this time or is that a stupid question? What type of support supplements were you using to help protect your liver, blood pressure, kidneys, etc? I am 42 and am contemplating cruising from here on out, but still on the fence about it. I have many telling me that I should, since at this point in my life I am done having kids, and just want to keep competing in bodybuilding shows as I have one this July I am preparing for...again thanks for putting all this out there for us to learn from.

cycling off and on is the best way to do it people. learn from this guy.

you can get stronger and bigger year over year with this strategy. I am now closing in on 200 pounds which I never imagined was possible being only 5 6. and I only run 2-3 cycles per year. all my blood work checks out perfect.. bp is excellent. lets use steroids smartly.. my baseline T levels return to the 500's when I come off. LH is humming as well.

I couldn't agree more with this statement. Cycling "responsibly" is the key to success and health
 
Ive heard that with dbol, theres only so much you can run without benefitting that much more off a higher dose. Highest I ran was 50. Im still not sure whether there is a point of diminishing return interms of orals like dbol..

I never run more than 500mg of Test per cycle...I couldn't imagine my weight running 1g a week...

150mg of Dbol is truly insane for sure, never went above 50mg myself. Anadrol was the only one I went up to 100mg before and regretted it almost instantly...flu like symptoms, kidneys were on fire, was peeing protein and blood, lesson learned there!

Travis you mentioned that the only thing it screwed you at was mentally and sexualy does it means you didn't lose much of your gains and strength?
