If you have someones home address and home phone, whats the best (worst?) thing you can do as payback to them for something? A million subscriptions to shitty magazines? Some sort of robocall at 3AM? I know some robs here know all the dirty tricks for this sort of thing so post up thx

If u have their email spam them, as per physical address you can go to freebie websites ans sign them up for all sorts of spam and crap, uf u wanna go hardcore you can schedule cable/services to be installed, you can schedule bulk trash collection that is never there do they get in trouble, you can make false water, burnt light pole or pothole reports that don't exist either and will get them in shit.

Last but not least put ad on craigslist for cool free stuff, put their number and address

Post their number on craigslist in the casual encounters: w4m section with a description about something nasty they do, and ask all those interested to call and say "[something dirty]" so they know what the person is calling about.

I once called about 50 different places on a Sunday and left messages with my bro's number. He was getting random non stop calls for over a week to the point of needing his number changed. I kind of felt bad
