Goodness...I have fallen way behind on my updates. Sorry guys. Been good and busy and trying to relax at the same time. Lol. Injuries are Getting much better and that keeps me motivated...so here we go!

I must admit that my back workout sucked. I wasn't feeling it at all and was just happy for it to be over. Its all good though. I will get it next week!

I went very easy and light on shoulders but I was super excited because it was the first time I have been able to do any shoulder presses in a month! The pump was great and I am excited to keep healing in up!

Today/Legs

I know this doesn't look like much but the sheer volume and weight of the leg press and high reps on the squats had my legs completely dead. It took everything to do those lunges. The pump was ridiculous though and it was a very successful workout!

Hopefully within the next few weeks I will be back to form and 100%. October starts my off season bulk cycle and I am very ready! Lets get it done!

So I know its been 2 weeks since my last update and I apologize. I have been extremely sick and I am just now getting over it. I had some strange viral infection combined with pneumonia. I was bed ridden for a week with a 100+ degree fever and everything that went with it. It turned out to be pretty nasty. Needless to say there was no gym and virtually no eating and I lost some 15+ lbs. I am feeling better now and back eating again. Today will be my first attempt at the gym in 2 weeks so hopefully all goes well.

I don't know what's going around man, sounds like the same thing I got in January and I was in emergency care for 9 days. But I've heard a ton of young guys getting that shit this last year
