P.S. Quoting the prosecutions accusations just shows you're illiterate about the law. I can still pull over 600 lbs in the dead lift without straps...If I choked someone their would be physical evidence...the only physical evidence was a black eye, she gave me a bruised cheek. She also made contradictory statements to the police about exactly what happened.
