honestly i just eat alot, drink 2-4 protein shakes a day, and do workouts that he assigns us to do i do the fball workout w/ the fball players. This is in my Weight Training class
Why so many shakes?
U should eat real food for 2-3 of those shakes
yea you all can bench it 15+ times, but can you jump 30+ inches and run a 4.6 or lower and squat 500+
bench is such a worthless exercise to determine strength/athleticism
in HS bench is an exciting and testosterone boosting to determine strength/athleticism.. everyone gets wiled up and pumped and gives each other high fives when doing maxing
Is that all done in the showers after class?
