Honestly & seriously, that's a heart attack risk! The recommended max dose for anyone is 60mg, and that's assuming someone who has been on it by Rx for a LONG time, and is fat. Usually the starting safe dose is 5mg, and maybe the average is a 30mg time-release capsule. 45 mg in a tablet for someone who is not already on in for a period of time, is enough to put your pulse in overdrive and be the end... Careful, Bro!
