It will be white guilt that sinks this country socially more than anything else. How far are we supposed to bend before we break.

The ultra left, superficial-philanthropists started this "white guilt" nonsense... I call it, "guilt clause," like the Germans had to sign at Versailles for accepting blame for causing WWI, which was only a half-truth. There is no reason why white-Americans should feel responsible for enslaving African-Americans. Both parties are to blame! The Africans from the Ivory Coast captured their own people and sold them to the white man. Moreover, in the early 19th century, the British, Dutch, and the French were ready to abolish the slave trade. However, the hierarchy from the Ivory Coast government sent diplomats to Europe pleading with the Europeans not to stop the slave trade because their whole economy depended on the slave trade.

I been working in academia for years on every level. You would be hard pressed to find a textbook that they disburse that remotely divulges that Africans were just to blame for the slave trade as white people... In good sense, one could shift more blame to the Africans because they "probably" prolonged the slave trade... Not to excuse the Europeans for their incongruous behavior. The liberals signed the "guilt clause." Consequently, inciting a upheaval which was done in a helter-skelter manner.. Subsequently, could lead to a race war.. Thomas Jefferson predicted there would be a race war. That was a man with great foresight!! Another important point they conveniently leave out of textbooks is the fact there have been slaves from the beginning of time, and they were mostly all non-Africans.. Not justifying servitude one iota!Trying to make a point..

I will reiterate what I already said, both whites and blacks are to blame for the Atlantic Slave Trade...

Murder and other crimes have to be reported for them to become statistics. Montreal has almost no cops, therefore not many crimes are reported.
I feel more safe walking around in Newark because atleast there are cops there. The murder rate in Newark is probably many times whattever Edmonton are.
