I lost all my fat thanks to this steroid

^^^thats cause you and your buddy were overweight when you ran tren and lost all that weight when you worked out.. i bet had you worked out the same way without the tren you both would have had just as good results.

its like guys who bench 125 pounds who never work out, who go on dbol and deca and then bench 250 2 months later. well had they just worked out without the AAS they would have had just as good results. they were so below their genetic potential that it gave the impression that they got all that strength just from the AAS. and then they brag to their friends how they improved their bench by 125 pounds

actually I disagree i know the weight loss that can occur with diet and cardio...comparing it to with or without drugs the results are no where similar...i dieted and bulked for several years before even trying steroids so i know the difference..adding in any of the above will accelerate fat loss as well as build muslce at same time..below or at genetic max or not
 
^^^oh i know I'm not denying tren has fat burning properties... like i said above after using tren my appetite was lessened.. also the increased HR can accelerate your metabolism which gives you fat burning properties. however I still mantain had your buddy worked as hard before the tren as he did on it, he would of still lost a ton of weight. i just hope when he cycles off he doesn't go back to 280 pounds like I see a lot of people do. what happens is when they are on they get motivated to kick ass in the gym, then when they are off they go back to drinking and smoking and being lazy. thats what i've seen from 'friends' of mine who juiced.
 
I agree mostly with the OP, but adding muscle mass all by itself will raise your BMR (base metabolic rate) and therefore if nothing else changes in your dietary arena you should lose fat. That said I've personally experienced significant body transformations while running anavar/primo and tren. What I mean by transformation is increasing lean body mass while losing body fat.
