I fucked up my PC again and need help since I suck

I was trying to DL free movies a couple weeks ago and ended up installing all sorts of shit on my PC and finally ended up just joining a netflix free trial after all the screwing up with those scam sites was done. But theres some shit on my PC that is giving me problems with the internet.
After a few minutes online this pops up

Then shortly after the browser closes out for some reason.
Anyone know how to fix? Ive also got this boosty bar shit on my toolbar that pisses me off and want it gone.

An apple browser, though upon further investigation I see it can be used on the PC. Can't fault the error, most apple products only work with apple products.
