Max ml for an injection

2ml in quads should be no prob. can do right side day one and left side 3/4 days later with no problem.

if its your first inject ever maybe go 1ml to get comfy but its really no prob. take your time nice and slow no rush and you will be GTG.

what about delts? Iv'e never pinned them before so what's the max amount on those? I'm running 3 compounds next cycle so i'm gonna have to pin two diff spots twice a week so i'll be alternating quads and delts. i would be pinning just over 2ml in my quads with test and eq twice a week and just over 1ml test/deca in my delts twice a week....
 
I put 3ml in my delts on a regular basis.

The rear delt is relatively painless, I just can't reach it anymore.

That should be perfect.

Just go nice and slow and nice and smooth. Look up some injection tips like heating/massaging and you will be good to go.

all of those compounds should basically be painless so if you are getting pain it is most likely a technique problem which can be corrected.

Perfect, thanks brotha. I pinned my quads first cycle with no pain issues whatsoever but this time around I won't be able to fit all my oils in one syringe so I needed to find a new spot lol

Depends on your size..i pin 3 ml in delts quads and leave the 1ml injects for bi tri and pec injects..i don't do glutes top hard to reach

I routinely do 3ml in quads and glutes, and 1.5 to 2ml in delts. 1ml in tris, bi's, and pecs. Hell i've done 4mls a few times in glutes but I'd stick to no more than 3mls. Just start low and work on technique, as you get bigger you can increase the amount per inject till you find what is your comfortable limit.
