2nd cycle sus / deca,but been out of gym for awhile advice welcomed

Hey guys, just need advice,i just picked up 10ml (deca 250) and 10ml (sus 350) I didnt know sus came as 350..anyway I isn't my first cycle but ive been out of the gym for over a year im in tent on 500 deca 2ml a week shot mon/thur and the same with the sus but that would be 700 , my first cycle was deca 400wk/test cyp 600.,how long should I hit the gym before doin my shot? also have some dbol from last cycle left to throw in..age 30,215lb , 5'9" been working out 10 years plus,just gave up over a year ago and got lazy

Whats your body fat? I would hit the gym for a minimum of 5 hard weeks focusing on core lifts to get back some of your strength, and get your body back into a routine.
 
My bf is mainly gut, not sure% but my gut is the only thing id say is fat,i have fast met ab, was 160all my life up until 4 years ago,i went up to 235 on my cycle, but only did 5weeks with no pct big mistake,been lazy and no sex drive for over a year after stoppage, also was thinking just clomid for pct with agood test booster gonna do 12weeks this time

Screw clomid. Look into using PCT unleashed and hcgenrate for your post cycle.

based on your history of losing motivation after a cycle i see no reason why the same thing won't occur if you run this type of cycle again.

you should scratch the deca idea and swap in primo instead, much easier to recover from.

^^^ 100% agreed.....6 months minimum of hard core training and dieting and if you're still dedicated, maybe consider AAS...

No short cuts,thats the weak way out, I say at least 6 months putting back in Blood And Sweat,dialing the diet in like you're fixing to train for battle,Then you have earned the right to go all out
