having lots of sex on a consistent basis can lower your count all by itself...it takes 90 days to produce a mature sperm cell...a count under 5 million per ml is borderline...a count under 2 million per ml is considered to be infertile...so, generally, if you are in a declining pattern of production, having lots of extra sex will exacerbate the issue.

i've been down this whole road...i've posted up about it a lot in the past.

Capiche...makes sense. I was nervous about the deca and have actually since cut the dose back from 500mg down to 300mg. Maybe it will make a little bit of difference, maybe it won't... Who knows

500's a pretty stout weekly dose of deca...are you adhering to the general rule of keeping your test dose above your deca dose?? if so, dang! you're (or were) using well over a gram of compounds a week...that's pretty steep imho...you're not 300 friggin pounds, yo!

Yea you're right and that did play a part in my decision. I want to stick to low/mod doses for as long as possible. Test was at 750 and dropped down to 500.

one time, i think i used 500mg ew of a test blend along with 300mg ew of deca and during the first few weeks 25mg ed of dbol and i ballooned up to 245lbs...750/500/+dbol seems like a LOT to me
