6' 223 lbs. Age 47.
Been Natural all my life.
Bench 405 * 1
Squat 375 * 10
Shrugs 515 * 10
I work out 4 times a week, at least 2 hours a day, sometimes 3. Cardio is done at least twice a week at least 30 minutes. Need to work on leg strength more, and know it...but in general...just want to look good....and do already.
Diet is decent but not perfect taking in at least 230 grams a protein a day that I can count. No Fast Food. Vegetables. Drinking at least 100 0z of water a day. Cut way back on beer consumption. Also taking Creatine.
Considering taking a fat burner as well as some Nitrous Oxide. Will run this 10 weeks.
On HRT.
Androgel 1% 4 pumps AM
Dianabol 30 mgs a day.
Sus 250 1ml once a week.
Realize when compared to a lot of what I read here, that this is not a high dosed cycle, but still think I will get the benefit I am looking for.
Need some further advice before I actually start this cycle. Or the best way to go about it. Total Novice...so go easy on me. LOL
Think I have read enough to sort of know what I am doing, but would rather get input from all you pros. PLZ
Have been reading and saw conflicting comments about the need to do AI or PCT due to being on HRT (Androgel).
After lurking and reading the site and others for nearly 3 years, decided at my age, doing a cycle here and there isn't a bad thing and gear isn't the boogey man many claim it is.
Looking to finish off my physique with this cycle for summer and drop some body fat, while adding some size
