you ever eat cake batter? that shit is basically chocolate powder+sweetner+raw egg..

lol

"hold up guys, ill be right there, I gotta make my protein fluff real fast"

As opposed to "hold up guys, I gotta take 5 shots worth of shit I spent close to a grand on so that I can hopefully break 200 lbs some day soon."

Fluff > that

I see you've been doing it wrong.

Not sticking up for glad here, but with your genes you could break 200 (if you wanted to) easily if you ate on a budget and were smart. Smart meaning cutting Whole Paycheck out of your shopping circle and found some other markets that offer the same with reasonable prices and just eat big and eat clean.

He does intermittent fasting (aka. binge eating). Surprised he isn't getting fat. I watched a guy do that for 6 weeks and lose 3 pounds...while also taking 3 different fat burners. Let's see, eat less frequently, huge meals, combining protein, fat, and carbs in every meal...sounds like a way to get fat. That's close to how sumo wrestlers eat.

Prepare now for the defensive attacks by 75th and SL.

Of course I think 75th's been a skinnier guy his whole life. One of those guys that can eat anything and not get fat. Wait until he gets to about age 35-40, he'll be intermittent fatting then.

he was actually taking a shot at glad. Using a gram of gear + a week and still not breaking 200.

As for paying 5 times for all his groceries at Whole Foods...ballin, son.

I thought I made it clear he was making a shot at glad by bolding his glad quote.

I just heard about a place here called winco. I will be going tomorrow for all things but meat. I go to sunflower farmers market for that. Have you fags hears of this place? I believe it's a chain.

Negatory - I was a chubby fatass all up until my junior year of high school.

lol @ eating carbs fat and protein in one meal = a way to get fat. I thought that mentality died away back in 1997?

Sounds like your broski was doing things wrong. Or maybe his goal wasnt to lose weight (I've gone up in weight...but that was my intention). Or maybe he needed more designer supplements? He should have pm'd you for a discount.

I've been above 200 before. Not at the same bf, naturally, but I'm sure I could get there if I wanted to. I personally dont have a desire to - partly because I dont think I'll look that great, I think my endurance will suffer, and I dont wanna have to buy a whole bunch of new suits.

Also, Costco > whole foods in regards to my shopping venue of choice. Chicken, broccoli, quinoa, oats, and fruit is all the 75th needs.
