A little nutrition note when bulking

Beezers- Here are two pro's BULKING diets, I'm not sure if they told the truth but I don't see reason for them to lie about nutrition.

Flex Wheeler- 4,370 cals 580g of protein/400g carbs/50g fat

Milos Sarcev- 4,600 cals 550g protein/510g carbs/40g fat


Like I said this could be false, but why they would lie about this is beyond me, so I tend to believe it.
 
I'm with Organon on this

At least as far as I'M concerned, he is absolutely right. For me, eating past a certain point yields diminishing returns big time... if I eat over 3000 calories (I'm not too big a guy), I'll guess that I put on fat:muscle in at around 3:1. No more "bulking" in the traditional sense for me... I'm looking to do my first "lean mass cycle" soon.
