having ginger in your diet

how much or many gm of this root should you consume daily to feel a change on your energy levels? I heard the capsules work but I would guess the actual root is much better.
 
Ginger is a very healthy herb but it's not going to do anything to increase energy levels or anything like that.

It's like cinnamon. Another healthy herb but is it going to increase energy levels? Of course not.

Add ginger to your meals for the health benefits. No need to supplement with it. I really like to add cinnamon, ginger and sea salt to my oatmeal. Ginger goes well with pumpkin type spices.
 
Real ginger is a healthy food but don't expect to notice anything from it. It is still worth having in your diet though.
