    Are they ok & needed? I see so many cons to both, Garlic being not what it really is contained in most Garlic caps made, & Folic being not good even at normal 400mcg doses. Thanks anyone.

    I don't think they will hurt you, but I also really wouldn't expect anything special from them either

    don't waste your time with them.

    it is the allicin that is the antioxidant, not the garlic itself, that is one of the ingredients in n2guard
