No, their religion does not tell them this. The Quran only condones fighting against a person or entity which is seeking to destroy Islam. They are allowed to defend their religion, not arbitrarily kill Americans and become a martyr.

maybe ya'll got my idea confused with the original idea. I think deportation is not fair to the muslims that didn't do anything and I retract that idea. My current idea is just pouring the pigs blood on the terrorist after we make them eat a pork chop. And from my understanding this will prevent them to going to heaven with the virgins.
