when by some reason: sickness, time-constraints, etc you cannot go to the Gym and to boot you are not following your diet.
Right now this is fucking me up BADLY. I keep telling myself "Not a problem, you can get rid of it all in not time, all you need is 1 clean month" but I keep hearing this little voice in the back of my head "Then all you will need is 2 months and then 3...."
My main issue right now is time, the baby soaks up time like a black-hole and when we are finally ready, it's 10:00pm... The fact he was sick for 3 weeks on end didn't really help much either. I'm giving it a try starting today again, I have trained about 4 times during the past 9 weeks and while I don't see any major differences I can FEEL them creeping back on me.
