Creatine alone? I hope that's not all you're taking. If it is, I would atleast take in 10 grams, 2-5g servings. I hope you'd be taking some type of andro along with it.
I never use more than 5 grams of creatine a day when off cycle. I have tried higher doses when off and didn't notice a difference. When I am on a bulking cycle I bump it up to 15g ed.
