1-AD vs. 1-Test

Which is better and safer on the body (i.e. liver function, sterility, etc.) What is the best 1-test? If I buy 1-ad what should acycle be including 4-ad? If I buy 1-test, do I need anytning else and what should a cycle loook like?

1-test. Doesn't affect the liver. the best and least expensive is the 100mg pills from bodybuilding.com.

Ignore the indicator on the bottle. Take 400mg a day.

1-t is suposed to be more anabolic than 1-ad (1-ad converts to 1-t). but if u used orall 1-ad there will be no difference becuse the two have same rate of absorption and bioavilabilty oraly. but if your using trandermal method then 1-t will be a way better choice.
