ok, this last january, I did a three month cutting cycle. No "supplements" just diet, cardio and training. I lost a lot of fat, but I lost a lot of muscle at the same time.
Now, I am probobly 15% bf and I really want to take some clen and get down to under 10%, but I don't have that much muscle yet because of all I lost doing cardio. So can I still put on lean muscle mass while I am on clen, or will it be catabolic to my muscles. Any ideas?? Thanks guys, Iron
