G gapster2000 New member Jul 3, 2002 #2 Maybe you friend should make his own weight gainer drinks, try this for adding mass to his body 3 times a day 1 litre of Milk 1 Banana or Strawberry's 50mls of Flax Seed 100 grams of Sugar That should do the trick
