My post cycle stack will consist of:
40mg Nolva
2g avena sativa
5g creatine (post workout)
8g Arginine
30g BCAA tabs
5g cranberry extract
500mg milk thistle
I have some questions:
1) Even though most of these supplements are herbal, at the doseage I have listed can they be harmful to kidneys, liver, heart etc?
2) Do most think that BCAA's tablets are a waste or not?
3) Will glutamine help preserve muscle post cycle while calories are below maintenance or is it a waste?
