awesome back workout today but had to lsiten to my body and skip deads!my lower back was wiggin out before i even started the session.
barbell rows 205/6 205/6
seated cable rows 225/6 225/6
hammer strength pulldowns 230/6 230/6
vbar pulldowns 180/6 180/6
fst-7 iso lateral underhand grip low to high rows 7x12-with 30 seconds rest and stretching/water between

pissed about deads though.i felt great yesterday.but my body says no,no
