good shit man! I was jk about me bein stronger (except for hanging leg raises LOL) but seriously good shit. Keep it up I would bulk up this time and start cutting 2 months after cycle and then start your next cycle when your leaner

leg curls 150 - 8 / 150 /8
toe presses(singe leg) 180-10 perleg / 200-10 per leg
standing calf raises 295 - 10 / 295 -9
seated calf raises 180 - 10

GOT TESTED TODAY: BF 24.6% BMI 33.3 240 LBS 5'10" 32 YEARS OLD. I NEED HELP GUYS.IM REVERSING THIS WHOLE THING.....I DONT WANNA GET ANY FATTER!!!!
WHAT DO I DO?AND DONT SAY DROP THE TEST CUZ THATS NOT HAPPENING.I WOULDNT NEED TO ANYWAY...BUT YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT.AND LET ME SAY I LOVE ELITEFITNESS BECAUSE I ACTUALLY GET HELP INSTEAD OF PISSING CONTESTS IN OTHER FORUMS FROM ANGRY KNOW-IT-ALLS.:horny:

Don't freak out and start cutting or anything crazy just eat real clean n keep buffing ur body comp will change over the long run, maybe ad a lil cardio but don't go crazy with it... You have a real advantage now that u know exactly what ur bf% is, you can go back in a couple weeks an see if ur gaining fat loosing muscle etc.... Ur doing fine bro dnt panic... Jus by adding more mass and not loosing fat will lower ur bf%

Well,just got some liquid clen today.anything wrong with me taking it now?for a few weeks?or no point?not even for energy or cardio kick?!
 
I feel u bro I was tested recently at 18% and my upper abbs are showing, I figured I was 14ish% very discouaging to say the least jus keep grinding... I took some time off and jumped back in about 1 year ago, I was looking similar to u...
