Does taking an anti-estrogen TOTALLY stop water rention?

With Nolvadex, not a chance. Nolva does little to prevent water retention.

an AI will work to stop most of the issues of bloat revolving around Test but will do little for Tren and Deca which is why when you run Test with Tren or Deca you need both an AI and Cabergoline

I typically use aromasin and I *still* bloat a decent amount while on test... and when doing test and d eca, fuhgettabout it!

N olvadex won't do a thing for bloat

Use arimidex .5mg ed or eod depending on what your cycle is. I used to be called fat face while on test until I got adex. That stuff took the bloat away after about 4-6days. Love it!
