diet/first cycle overview

Layout:

Weeks 1-10: 500mg test Enath250 ( 1ml Twice per week)
Weeks 1-10: 250mg Deca250 - 250mg ( 0.5ml Twice per week)
Weeks 1-4: 40mg Turan per day
Weeks 1-13: 0.5mg Anastrozole per day

This is my first cycle. on week one right now. my diet is clean Im 21 i weigh 220lbs 6'3 .
right now I'm avg bout 400-450 grams protein and 400carbs. im watching how the carbs go though might change it if I start gaining to much fat. I feel like this should be a good cycle and exp. I just want to get the most out of it. planning on doing my first show in November. I was thinking of using Clen when I start getting in shape for the show. I know I have a lot more to learn so teach me. and I know a lot of you will say that deca shouldn't be in my first cycle I respect that and it's my choice. thanks

Pct starts a week after last test deca
Weeks 1-4- 40 mg Nolva per day
Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomiphene per day
Weeks 1-5 1mg Anastrozole per day
Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG

Dude no way. Use one compound only for first cycle, and NOT deca. Also nolva for pct after a deca cycle is no good bro, you need to research a lot more.

Stick with test only for your first cycle.

That dose of clomid is going to make you feel like complete shit....

and at 21, you really shouldn't be running anything at all IMO

Terrible first cycle , you have alot of reading to do and learn when the ester clear the body before starting PCT.
