surely your not talking about the shot some kids get from the doc. i believe that just has a bunch of stuff like vitamins and immune boosters. that's what i thought at least lol.

im going to be doing a 12 wk cycle of 600mg test e and 600mg tren a week. my buddy is telling me to up my dosages by 200mg for each on the first week of my cycle. he says its like a "jump start." does this make sense, or is he an idiot?

That's called frontloading and no he is not an idiot. It's a good idea if you have enough test.

Front loading is a waist. Also never ever for any reason what so ever take the advice of your friend from the gym. 99.99% of the time they are wrong.
