I need help on arimidex should I take from day one or just when I feel any side and feel I need it, thank you.

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history?

thats too long and too high on dbol... no need to go over 30 mg and 4 weeks

You should ALWAYS start your AI on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT.

The whole point of an AI is to prevent estrogen related side effects before they occur. Once the side effects have occurred - it's already too late

It is much easier to prevent gyno than to try to get rid of it after it has arrived.
