2nd cycle Sust 250/Dbol/Anavar questions?

Thinking of purchasing my 2nd cycle (8-10 weeks)
Sust 250 (500) Week 1-10 (250 2 X week)
Dbol (40) Week 1-4
Anavar (30) Week 4-10 (5 days a week @ 30 a day))
PCT to follow as per normal

Question: Is stacking two orals, Var right after the Dbol a good ideal or will that be too much on the old liver?
Should I cancel one or the other?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
