Heavy bench twice a week- deads- squats- fuck me lol
 
Okay so my lower back is a tad sore- feels kind of compressed(similar to when I pulled vertebrae.
So I'm really hesitant to get my squat on- not sure what Im going go train today.
 
I did legs, and by the time I got to squats- 3rd exercise.. I usually do them first.. I had no lower back pain.

Bro, heavy deadlifts are straight up cut from my program when I'm runnin drol! There's just no fuckin chance, even seated cable rows are like tough to power through. I smashed legs today and wholy shit, my squat is gettin strong now, hit 475 ass to grass for a new PR. That was a 25 pound increase in 2 weeks LOL. But so I ever feel ya on the back pumps, it's just in the worst spot for me too like middle of my lower to mid back and even my traps by my neck get t pretty good too
