awful tendonitis!! HELP!!!!!

Thanks for all your help fellas!!!! I took my second vioxx today, and have iced this bitch for two straight days, I cant believe it, its gone!!! Big Arnie, I did your excersice too, used a broom stick, at home, and hung some ankle weights on it for a little weight, it definetley helped! Thank god, i think ill be ok for ME saturday! I never had tendonitis so bad I got sick to my stomach, and i have had some Godawful injuries and surgeuries!
