Strength vs Size

Ladies
Question to you all. I have spent the last few years lifting with a male friend. We pretty much do the same routine. I have reached a point where I do not want to increase my size but I would love to continue to increase strength and my current fitness level.
I am 5'8" 138 lbs. I would guess I am at about 21% body fat. An example of current strenth and weights used.
I am curling 45lb straight barbell 12x3
20-25 lb dumbell curls 12x3
15lb dumbell shoulder press 12x3 coming off a year long shoulder enjury trying to keep them healthy. These are all not to failure. although some days are harder than others.
I lift twice a week, full body, Work schedule necessitates protocol.
Any suggestions on increasing strength and maintaing size. Maybe a lifting regimine here on the forum that I have not seen and might try. Mix it up a little. I would love to get a little leaner. I have pretty good def in my arms but would like a bit more and of course to get off the belly fat.
