Excerpt: Hey female related question here. i've noticed when i am doing cardio at the gym that i will start itching on my legs and on my back when i am a few minutes into a fast pace on the machine. Have you ever had this happen and what do you think causes this issue to come up. maybe it has to do with shaving?

    lady itchy when running

    Hey female related question here. i've noticed when i am doing cardio at the gym that i will start itching on my legs and on my back when i am a few minutes into a fast pace on the machine. Have you ever had this happen and what do you think causes this issue to come up. maybe it has to do with shaving?

    runners itch is common. it can happen if you don't warm up enough

    also it can be from dry skin and then sweating.

    I wonder if it could do with the type of laundry detergent you are using. I could see that when you start sweating, your skin may not agree with it. Try something that is natural and dye free. You could also experiment with different fabrics for training.

    It could be a number of factors, from sweating, to skin conditions, to your detergent, and so on
