**Toitlikeatiger 2005 Log**

oops, forgot to log the rest of yesterday. Everything was exactly the same as the previous day as far as my diet. I did my leg workout yesterday since my knee was bothering me on Monday and I got a great leg workout yesterday. (I guess that's when those stupid stretch marks probably popped up :() ANYWAYS, I did HIIT cardio last night since I missed it on Monday. 8 cycles, level 8 incline at 7.0 mph for 45 seconds, recovery at 5.0mph for 1 minute.


Wednesday 4/27/05

9:00-HIIT, 15 min-warmup, level 10 at 4.5. 8 cycles at level 10-6.5mph for 45secs, recovery at 1 minute level 10 incline at 5.0mph.
10:30-2 small peaches, 3/4c egg beaters
12:00-2 glucosamine, 3 carb-blockers, 3 multi-vitamins, 2 cal mag.
12:00-1.5 scoops whey protein shake, quakes rice snacks (yummy)
 
Wednesday-5/4/05

Okay-I've really been slacking on my log but I promise I've been sticking to my workouts and meals! I've lost more weight :D I'm down to 126 from my starting weight of 137 and that was my starting weight in mid-Feb. I need to get my BF tested. I'm at about a size 2/3 right now. What's amazing to me is that in 2002 I was a size 11/12 and just unhealthy because I was drinking a lot and then in about 2 months of no drinking and healthy diet/exercise I went down to a size 4. So, anyways, I'm really proud of myself :) Okay so anyways, I have another inch to lose on my waist but I feel awesome. I'm going to start posting my food and workouts again tomorrow as I go. See ya girls later!!! :)

7:30-carb blocker, multi-vitamins
7:45-3/4 c. egg beaters, 3 slices whole wheat bread 270cals/3fat/33carbs/30protein
9:30-protein shake 1 scoop 120cals/.5fat/3.5carbs/25protein

-I didn't get a chance to do my morning cardio so I'm going to have to do it after work :( I didn't sleep well last night so I woke up late!!!
 
5/13/05 Friday

9:30-HIIT, 10 minute warmup, 1 minute intensity at 6.0mph w/level 10 incline, 1 minute recovery at 4.0-4.5 w/level 10 incline. 8 cycles

10:25-3/4 c. egg beaters, 1/2 c. heart to heart cereal.

11:30-assorted arm workout....(i'll post exercises after I'm done:) )

incline DB press- 12 1/2lbs, 15 reps, 3 sets
kickbacks-8 lbs, 15 reps, 3 sets
incline DB curls- 15lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
machine press- 25 lbs, 2 sets, 15 reps
seated rows- 50 lbs, 2 sets, 15 reps
pushdowns-45 lbs, 3 sets, 12-15 reps
assisted pullups- 3 sets, 8-10 reps

12:45-30g. sugar, 1.5 scoops whey protein shake w/water
3:00-turkey slices, 1 tbsp. peanut butter
5:00-protein shake w/water. 1 scoop, 30g. sugar

M1-1.5 scoops whey protein shake w/water, 1/2 c. heart to heart cereal. prot:37.5, carbs:21, fat: 1.5, Cals:252
M2-4 slices turkey breast (fat free), 1 tbsp. natural PB. pro:24.5, carbs:3, fat:8, cals:195
