    Working out my biceps

    what is the debate conclusion that we've come up with over the past couple decades when it comes to isolating the arms. Have people come to the realization that isolating them is more or less efficient than just doing compound movements at work the body part. For example is doing bicep curls better or worse than pull ups

    I find that isolated bicep curls sitting down is the best way to build biceps really get a lot of deep reps in with drop sets

    to be honest the science and anectodal info shows that things like pullups and rows is what grows biceps. isolation lifting/curls are nice just to mire yourself in the mirror (yeah i do them) but it isn't how i have huge arms

    the same can be said about any muscle group. what do you think grows huge chest bench pressing free weights or isolating them on a machine? why do you think the best bodybuilders don't workout at planet fitness and go to a gym with lots of free weights?
